The Jane series handles, and knife holders are made of light coloured wood for a refreshing look. The steel used for the blades is imported German steel 1.4116, with a carbon content of up to 0.5%. It demonstrates greater strength, better resistance to wear and ductility. Its hardness reaches HRC56-58 degrees. The factory adopts advanced vacuum heat treatment technology to improve the hardness and sharpness of the steel. The knife base is shaped like a polygonal geometry with hollow design in the middle for a simple and creative appearance. Such design allows the knife base to stay ventilated, dry, clean and hygienic. The shape of the knife handle has been tested several times and designed with an ergonomic curve to fit the fingers' curvature when gripped, increasing the comfort of the hand and making it easier to use.
