In the age of Industry 4.0, more and more good designs make use of technologies such as the Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, and big data to make the products intelligent and also to imbue them with human emotions so as to close the gap between artificial objects and "humanized objects" and seek a balance between human perceptual existence and machine intelligence. The rapidly evolving technologies may not engender a blissful Utopia, but good designs will serve as the media to link technologies to human life and build amicable relations between humans, objects, and fields. In the face of future uncertainty, falter will bring us nothing, while a good design allows us to fulfill countless possibilities by spurring us into action.

     
A total of 56 works of the Contemporary Good Design Award are collected in the Red Dot Design Museum Xiamen, one of the major exhibition areas of the Cross-Strait (Xiamen) Cultural Industries Fair, with the exhibition theme of "Good Design, Smart Life - Contemporary Good Design Award Winning Works Exhibition". The Exhibition focuses on "Chinese Creation" and cutting-edge intelligent design trends, presents the role of good design in building a friendly relationship between people, objects, and venues, explores the connection and balance between technologies and humanity through design action, and promotes the possibility of more diversity in the future intelligent life era.
From August 4 to 7, 2023, the Contemporary Good Design Award Winning Works Exhibition is held at the Xiamen International Conference & Exhibition Center (XICE) and you are sincerely invited to witness good design together!
